Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DGTRs"), following the cancellation of ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each purchased by the Company up to 31 May 2025, the Company's issued share capital as at 31 May 2025 consisted of 94,871,389 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each, of which 1,676,403 ordinary shares are held in Treasury. The shares held in Treasury have no voting rights.

The total voting rights in the Company are therefore 93,194,986. Each share entitles the holder to one vote.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the DGTRs.
