Director / PDMR Shareholding
Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma" or the "Company") has been informed that Andrew Stone, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold:
60,715 shares in the Company on 15 April 2021 at an aggregated price of 1796.0436p per share; and
6,285 shares in the Company on 16 April 2021 at a price of 1795p per share.
He has a resultant holding of 150,000 shares, representing 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition, six separate trusts which are deemed 'persons closely associated' to Andrew Stone, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, pursuant to the UK Market Abuse Regulation made combined sales as follows:
107,044 ordinary shares in the Company at 1795p per share on 15 April 2021, and
19,956 ordinary shares in the Company at 1795p per share on 16 April 2021.
Andrew Stone is a trustee of each of these trusts but not a beneficiary.
The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
