Gamma Communications plc
Grant of Sharesave options
Gamma Communications plc ("the Company") announces that on 9 May 2023 it granted the following share options over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company to persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") and persons closely associated ("PCA") pursuant to the Gamma Savings Related Share Option Scheme ("Scheme"). The options were granted with an exercise price of £8.50 per share and will mature on 1 July 2026 in accordance with the rules of the Scheme. The Scheme was offered to all those who were UK employees on 1 March 2023. It enables the employee to save for three years, then to use the proceeds to exercise share options, such exercise needing to take place within a six-month window.
