GALANTAS APPOINTS DIRECTORS

03 June 2021: Following the announcement on 18 May 2021, Galantas Gold Corporation (the "Company" or "Galantas") is pleased to announce the appointment of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Mario Stifano to the Board of Directors, and the appointment of Ocean Partners' nominee, Brent Omland, to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Stifano is an experienced mining executive who has raised significant capital for a number of mining and resource companies in exploration, development and production such as Lake Shore Gold Corp. (now part of Pan American Silver Corp.).

Mr. Omland is a Canadian Chartered Accountant with 15 years' experience in the mining, metals and trading sectors. He has held roles with Ivernia Inc., Enirgi Metals Group and Teck. He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Ocean Partners.

Mr. Stifano commented: "I am excited by the opportunity to lead Galantas forward and bring the current operation to full production, in a highly prospective gold district. I look forward to working with my fellow Board and management team as we ramp up operations and commence exploration to expand the known high grade resources to depth and on strike, as well as identify new drill targets."
