Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 R(2), Ferrexpo plc makes the following notification concerning Stuart Brown, an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company.

Stuart Brown has been appointed as a Non-executive Chairman of Lucapa Diamond Company Limited, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, with effect from 8 April 2024.
