Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products and sub-systems for the aerospace, defence, telecoms infrastructure, space, and critical communications markets announces that it received notification on 5 October 2023 that on the same day Jonathan Neale, Chairman of the Company, purchased 65,281 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 15.3 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Neale's beneficial interest in the Company is 265,151 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.12% of the Company's total voting rights.
