Directorate Changes

James Fisher and Sons Plc (James Fisher) announces the appointment of Dr. Inken Braunschmidt who will join the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 March 2019.

Inken is the Chief Innovation and Digital Officer and a member of the Executive Board at Halma plc. Prior to joining Halma plc in 2017, Inken spent 13 years at RWE AG, the German energy giant, where she held various international roles focusing particularly on strategy, innovation and change management.

David Moorhouse will retire from the Board on 28 February 2019 having served on the Board as a Non-Executive Director since August 2013.

Malcolm Paul, Chairman commented: "I am pleased that Inken has agreed to join James Fisher. Her considerable experience will further strengthen the Board. I would like to take this opportunity to thank David on behalf of the Board for his valuable contribution to James Fisher and in particular for his technical and maritime experience and insight.
