The Company was notified on 24th May 2012 that on that date Mr S. C. Kilpatrick an Executive Director of the Company purchased 750 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 542.5p per share.
Following this transaction Mr S. C. Kilpatrick has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 2,250 Ordinary Shares representing 0.005 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
