The following amendment has been made to the 'Director Announcement under LR 9.6.14' announcement released on 25 May 2018 at 14:21 under RNS No. 3773P.
The company "Foresight Solar & Infrastructure VCT Plc" was incorrectly referred to in the RNS No. 3773P. The correct entity is "Foresight VCT Plc".
All other details remain unchanged.
