Cancellation of Scrip Offer

On 16 June 2022, the Company announced a Scrip Offer in relation to the Q1 2022 interim dividend. Under the pricing mechanism set out in the Scrip Offer terms and conditions, the Scrip Price would have been below the Company's Net Asset Value ("NAV") per ordinary published earlier today. In the circumstances, the Board has exercised its discretion to cancel the Scrip Offer in respect of the Q1 2022 interim dividend and future quarters.

The Board will keep under consideration the re-instatement of the Scrip Offer in respect of future quarterly dividends, subject to an assessment of the relevant prices and a determination that a re-instatement of the Scrip Offer would be for the benefit of the Company's shareholders as a whole.
