The Company confirms that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 2pm (Bahrain time) on 15 June 2010, all of the resolutions were duly passed including the proposed changes to the Investing Policy as defined in the AIM Rules. The revised Investing Policy will be made available on the Company's website at www.familyshariahfund.com/investing_policy.html.
