The Directors today announce that the estimated Net Asset Value per ordinary share of US $0.01 each ("Ordinary Share") based on the estimated value of The Family Shari'ah Fund Limited provided by the Fund Administrator - Apex Fund Services (Ireland) Limited as atΒ 30 June 2011 -Β including incomeΒ wasΒ US $0.9301*.
The Net Asset Value position* as at 31 May 2011 and 30 June 2011 and the portfolio allocation as at 30 June 2011 is summarised below.

The portfolio posted another good month in this volatile market environment and finished up almost 25bps for the month of June. The performance was driven by a re-evaluation of the private equity portfolio*. The Investment Manager took advantage of the weakness seen in the equity markets and added tactically to the equity portfolio.
