The Company confirms that, further to the Final Results announcement on 3 May 2011, it has posted its financial statements for the year-ended 31 December 2010 and the notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be held at 2pm (Bahrain time) on 15 June 2011 to Shareholders. Both the financial statements and the notice of AGM are available on the Company's website at www.familyshariahfund.com.
