Director Purchases Shares
Frontera Resources Corporation (London Stock Exchange, AIM Market - Symbol: FRR), an independent oil and gas exploration and production company, was notified on November 4 2011, by Steve C. Nicandros, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, of the purchase of 446,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.4 pence per share. Following the share purchase, Mr Nicandros holds a total of 157,113,473 Ordinary Shares.
