PDMR Dealing
FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading national specialist business advisory firm, has been notified that, on 2 September 2025, Gavin Jones, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, exercised nil cost options over 93,458 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These options were satisfied using Ordinary Shares held in the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. Mr Jones sold 44,080 of the resulting Ordinary Shares to satisfy personal income tax and national insurance liabilities arising on the option exercise. Following completion of these transactions, Mr Jones beneficially holds 253,681 Ordinary Shares representing 0.10 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
