AIM Rule 17 Update

FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading national specialist business advisory firm, announces the following information relating to directors' disclosures under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

On 28 November 2023, David Chubb, through a role that is independent to his position at FRP, was appointed to be a director of a number of companies within the Burrington Estates Group (the "Burrington Group") in order to assist with closing the business down.

Burrington Estates (Clifton Road Deddington) Ltd was placed into administration on 14 February 2025, and the following other businesses within the Burrington Group entered into creditor's voluntary liquidations ("CVL") between 3 February 2025 and 28 February 2025:
