Result of AGM and New Website
Formation Group (AIM: FRM), the property development and project management company, announces that, at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders held earlier today, resolution six relating to the reappointment of Grant Thortnon as auditor was not passed. All other resolutions were passed.
At the AGM, Chairman of Formation Group plc, Willie O'Dea, made the following statement:
"We are pleased to report that the business has enjoyed a good start to the financial year ended 31 August 2016 and that trading is in line with management's expectations. The Board continues to view the future with confidence and looks forward to updating the market with our progress in due course."

The Company also announces that it has launched a new website which can be found at the existing domain: http://www.formationgroupplc.com. Corporate information published in accordance with the requirements of AIM Rule 26 is available from this website.
