Formation Group (AIM: FRM), the property development and project management company, announces that printed copies of its Annual Report for the year ended 31 August 2015 were distributed today to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting. An electronic copy of the Annual Report for the year ended 31 August 2015 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available from the Company's website at www.formationgroupplc.com.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11 am on Friday 29 February 2016 at the offices of Imparando (UK) Limited, 3rd Floor, 52-58 Commercial Road, London E1 1LP.
