Interim Results for the six months to 30 September 2013 - Correction

The following amendment has been made to the 'Interim Results' announcement released on 27 November 2013 at 0700hrs under RNS No 0139U.

The dividend will be paid on 17 January 2014 to shareholders on the register at 20 December 2013, with an ex-dividend date of 18 December 2013 and not as previously stated.

All other details remain unchanged.

The amended text is shown below:

"Dividend

The Directors have resolved to maintain the interim dividend at 0.33 pence (2012: 0.33 pence) which will be paid on 17 January 2014 to shareholders on the register at 20 December 2013, with an ex-dividend date of 18 December 2013."
