Important events to be reported: Representation changes at the level of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. starting with 23 August 2021 Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L, as alternative investment fund manager and sole director of Fondul Proprietatea SA (the "Fund"), would like to inform shareholders that, following the correspondence with the Financial Supervisory Authority regarding the provisions of art. 153^13 of the Companies Law no. 31/1990, the legal representation of the sole director of the Fund will be made by a single permanent representative, Mr. Johan Meyer. This change was registered by the Trade Registry attached to the Bucharest Court starting with 23 August 2021.
