In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Foxtons Group plc (the "Company") announces that Andrew Adcock, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC, a company which was admitted with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 17 March 2015 to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
