Result of Placing of 867,544 ordinary shares in 4imprint Group PLC ("4imprint" or the "Company")

Further to the announcement made on 23 January 2018, the executor of the estate of the deceased Kenneth Minton (the "Seller") has sold, subject to completion, 867,544 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each in the Company (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 1,900 pence per share (the "Placing"). The Placing Shares represent approximately 3.09% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Placing was conducted through an accelerated bookbuild. Peel Hunt LLP and Liberum Capital Limited (together, the "Joint Bookrunners") acted as joint bookrunners for the Seller in connection with the Placing.

The proceeds of the Placing are payable in cash and will be settled on a T+2 basis (unless otherwise agreed), and settlement of the Placing is expected to occur on or about 26 January 2018.

The Company will not receive any proceeds from the Placing.
