Results of Annual General Meeting 2011
The Annual General Meeting of 4imprint Group plc was held on 27 April 2011. All of the resolutions proposed at the meeting were duly passed and the results of the poll on all resolutions passed at the AGM are set out in the table below.
Each shareholder, present in person or by proxy was entitled to one vote per share held.
