Scull, a Director of the Company, informing it that, on 25 September 2019, he was granted an Option, pursuant to the 4imprint Group plc 2012 Save As You Earn Share Option Plan over 792 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
