Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons.
The Company received notification on 1 July 2019 from Mr. A. J. Scull, a Director of the Company, informing it that, on 1 July 2019, he exercised an Option over 1,761 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), granted on 11 May 2016, pursuant to the 4imprint Group plc 2012 Save As You Earn Option Plan.
As a result, the total interests of Mr. A. J. Scull in the Company are 51,761 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% of the Company's issued share capital.
