Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

The Company received notification on 4 March 2011 from Mr. J. W. Poulter, Director and Chairman of the Company informing it that on 3 March 2011 he purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each at 261p per share. As a result, Mr. J. W. Poulter's total interest in the Company is 20,000 shares representing 0.077% of the Company's issued share capital.
