Fenikso Limited (AQSE: FNK) announces that, pursuant to the share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced on 28th October 2024, it acquired the following number of ordinary shares of US$0.00005 each ("Ordinary Shares") through Shard Capital Partners LLP.

Notification of total voting rights in accordance with paragraph 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
The purchased Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury by the Company. The issued share capital of the Company is 492,952,784 Ordinary Shares, each share carrying the right to one vote, of which 23,810,000 are held in treasury. For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure 469,142,784 as denominator for the calculations by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association.
The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the Programme.
