Flowgroup plc (AIM: FLOW), which provides a range of innovative energy technologies, energy supply and energy services, announces that Clare Spottiswoode, Non-Executive Chairman, informed the Company yesterday that on that day she purchased 143,500 ordinary shares of 5p each at 10.6p per share.
Following this transaction Clare Spottiswoode now holds 752,287 ordinary shares comprising 0.237% of the issued share capital.
