Director/PDMR Shareholding
Flowgroup plc (AIM: FLOW), which provides residential gas and electricity supply and other energy services to over 250,000 customer fuel accounts, announces that Tony Stiff, Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 11,233,131 ordinary shares of 0.1p each at an average price of 0.8676p per share.
Following these share purchases, Mr Stiff's resulting shareholding is 16,848,877 ordinary shares in Flowgroup, representing approximately 1.184% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
