Directorate Changes and Director/PDMR Dealing
The Company announces that, following the completion of the sale of Flow Energy Limited to Co-operative Energy Limited on 1 May 2018, Andrew Beasley, Executive Director, has stepped down from the board with immediate effect. The board wishes to thank Andrew for his contribution to the Company over the past years.
Furthermore, the Company announces that certain directors have today sold ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
