Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them
Finablr, the UAE based payments and foreign exchange company, announces that certain directors have been granted awards over ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under its 2019 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP"). These LTIP Awards are granted in connection with the Company's initial public offering, as disclosed in the Company's prospectus.
