Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them
Finablr, the UAE based global platform which provides Cross-Border Payments and Consumer Solutions, Consumer Foreign Exchange Solutions and B2B and Payment Technology Solutions to consumers and businesses, announces that certain employees have been granted awards over ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under its 2019 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP"). These LTIP Awards are granted in connection with the Company's initial public offering, as disclosed in the Company's prospectus.
