("FIH" or the "Company")
Issue of Equity
The Company announces the issue and allotment of 1,512 new ordinary FIH shares (the "Shares") following the exercise of options granted under the Falkland Islands Holdings plc Save As You Earn Scheme.
Application has been made for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and dealings in the Shares are expected to commence on 23 August 2010. Following Admission the Company will have 9,210,122 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue.
