Directors' Dealings

Falkland Islands Holdings plc, the AIM quoted international group which owns essential services businesses focused on retail, transport and logistics announces that David Hudd, chairman of the Company, has purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares" at 340 pence per Share. This takes Mr Hudd's shareholding in the Company to 115,630 Shares, including 588 held on his behalf in the Company's Share Incentive Plan and represents 0.93% of the Company's 12,431,623 total voting rights.

Further, John Foster, a director of the Company, acquired 6,000 Shares at 350 pence per Share. Following the acquisition, Mr. Foster holds 31,584 Shares, including 584 held on his behalf in the Company's Share Incentive Planrepresenting 0.25% of the Company's 12,431,623 total voting rights.

Further, Jeremy Brade, a director of the Company, acquired 2,500 Shares, 200 at 340 pence per Share, 2,000 at 345 pence per Share, and 300 at 355 pence per Share. Following the acquisition, Mr. Brade holds 12,500 Shares representing 0.10% of the Company's 12,431,623 total voting rights.

Further, Mike Killingley, a director of the Company, acquired 5,000 Shares at 351 pence per Share and 9,000 at 355 pence per Share. Following the acquisition, Mr. Killingley holds 30,000 Shares representing 0.24% of the Company's 12,431,623 total voting rights.
