Ferguson plc (the "Company")
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for the block listing of 550,000 ordinary shares of 11 227/563 pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.
These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued and allotted in connection with the Ferguson Group International Sharesave Plan 2011 (270,000 shares) and the Ferguson Group Long Term Incentive Plan 2015 (280,000 shares). When issued, they will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
Admission is expected to be effective on 1 April 2019.
