Exercise of Options
Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that, following the exercise of options, granted to employees under the terms of the Frenkel Topping Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme ("FTGEMI"). The Company today has issued and allotted 175,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). 100,000 options were exercised at 0.5 pence each and 75,000 at 14 pence each.
Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 12th October 2015. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.
Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares, the Company's total issued and voting share capital will comprise of 74,012,067 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, securities of the Company.
