Dividend Declaration
The Company hereby confirms that, subject to shareholder approval at the Company's AGM on 22 June 2021, its final dividend of 1.36 pence per ordinary share of 0.5 pence, in respect of the year ending 31 December 2020, will be paid on Friday 25 June 2021 to shareholders registered at the close of business on Friday 11 June 2021 (ex-dividend date Thursday 24 June 2021).
