Director's Dealing and Group EBT share purchase
The Company announces that on 23 October 2012, it received notification that on the same date, Julie Dean, a director of the Company, sold 137,313 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.24% of the issued share capital at a price of 17.0 pence per share. Following this transaction, Julie Dean is now beneficially interested in 1,039,154 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.79% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The above shares have been purchased by Frenkel Topping Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), a subsidiary of the Company. Following this purchase, the Company now holds in trust 1,749,294 Ordinary Shares representing 3.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
