Federal Grid Company Announces EGM and Recommends 9M 2019 Dividends
Moscow, November 27, 2019 - Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System ("Federal Grid Company" or "the Company"; Moscow Exchange, LSE: FEES), part of PJSC ROSSETI Group of Companies, owner and operator of the Unified National Electricity Grid ("UNEG"), announces that its Board of Directors has set the date for the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), which will be held on December 30, 2019 in the form of absentee voting.
The Board of Directors has also recommended that shareholders at the Company's EGM approve a 9M 2019 dividend payment of RUB 0.00880960765 per ordinary share (RUB 4.404803825 per GDR).
The record date for shareholders entitled to participate in the EGM is December 6, 2019.
The Board of Directors approved the following agenda for the EGM: "The amount, term and form of payment of dividends following 9M 2019 results, and setting of the date when persons entitled to dividend are determined."
Any information/materials provided in preparation for the Meeting are available to persons authorized to participate in the EGM in the period from November 29, 2019 to December 30, 2019 (except for weekends and public holidays) from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Moscow time) at the following addresses: - in the office of the executive body of FGC UES, PJSC at: 5A Akademika Chelomeya St., Moscow; - in the office of FGC UES, PJSC at: 1 Samarskaya St., Moscow, office 9.67; - in the office of the registrar of FGC UES, PJSC at: 23 Novokhokhlovskaya St., bld. 1, Moscow, STATUS Registrar Company (Joint-Stock Company).
