Director / PDMR shareholdings
The Company has been informed that on 1st September 2015 the matching shares awarded in 2012 to Mark Ames, a PDMR of the Company, under the Fidessa group plc Monthly Share Purchase Plan vested and were automatically transferred to him. Mark Ames was entitled to receive 101 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. 44 of the shares have been sold at 1879p each in order to settle tax owed in connection with that vesting. Following this notification his shareholding is 174,081 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.46% of the issued share capital.
