Fidessa group plc 23rd March 2015 Fidessa group plc ("Company") 2014 Annual Report and Notice of 2015 AnnualGeneral Meeting On 16th February 2015 the Company announced its preliminary results for theyear ended 31st December 2014. The preliminary announcement contained theinformation required by the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5. Today the Company has published its 2014 Annual Report and Accounts togetherwith a Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy. Copies of thesedocuments will shortly be available on the Company's website, www.fidessa.com .These documents have also been posted to shareholders today. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the 2014 Annual Report andAccounts, Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will today besubmitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available athttp://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM .
