Result of AGM and Annual Report & Accounts
Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier" or the "Company"), a leading developer of video games based in Cambridge, UK, held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") earlier today at which all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
Details of the resolutions passed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM, which was included within the Company's Annual Report & Accounts and posted to shareholders. The document is available on the Company's website at www.frontier.co.uk/investors/reports and is also available in hard copy from Frontier's offices at 306 Science Park, Milton Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WG.
In addition to the resolutions contained in the Notice of AGM, a new ordinary resolution was added to the meeting, concerning the appointment of Mr. James Mitchell as a Director in accordance with Article 68 of the Company's Articles of Association. This resolution follows Mr. Mitchell's appointment to Frontier's Board, which was announced on 19 September 2017.
