Director's and PCA Dealings
The Company was notified today that Charles Cotton, a Non-Executive Director of Frontier Developments plc, purchased 8,550 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1296.1 pence per share.
The Company was also notified today that on 28 November 2017 Ann Cotton, a PCA of Charles Cotton, purchased 8,067 ordinary shares at 1335.0 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Charles & Ann Cotton are interested in a total of 156,586 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.4 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
