Further to its recent acquisition of Dunamis, the issue of Consideration Shares to its vendors and the admission of the Consideration Shares to trading on AIM today, the Company announces that Wayne Hayes, non-executive director, has acquired a total of 4,883,935 Consideration Shares. Following this acquisition, Wayne Hayes has a total interest in 4,883,935 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 2.3 per cent. of its issued share capital.
Further information is disclosed below in accordance with accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
