Directors' Dealings
The Company announces that Phil Holder, Chairman, has transferred 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Fulcrum ("Ordinary Shares") to his daughter, who is considered independent of Mr Holder, for nil consideration. As a result of this transfer, Mr Holder's total beneficial interest has reduced to 954,666 Ordinary Shares, including those held by his wife.
