Fulcrum Utility Services Limited, the UK's market leading independent multi‐utility infrastructure and services provider, announces today that Hazel Griffiths, Chief Financial Officer, has notified the Board of her intention to stand down from the role to pursue other interests. Hazel will continue to work with the business whilst a suitable replacement is found to ensure an orderly handover. The Board has commenced a process to identify her successor and a further announcement will be made in due course.
