Issue of Equity
The Company announces the issue of 375,033 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Fulcrum ("New Ordinary Shares") by certain employees in the Company pursuant to an exercise of options under the Company's SAYE Share Option Plan 2016.
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will take place on Friday 8 March 2019. Following Admission, the Company will have 220,725,549 Ordinary Shares in issue admitted to trading on AIM.
