Retirement of Director

FBD Holdings plc ("FBD" or the "Group") today announces the retirement of Adrian Taheny, Executive Director, Sales and Marketing, from the company and from the Board for health reasons.
Commenting on Mr. Taheny's decision, Andrew Langford, Group Chief Executive, said:
"Adrian has been a key contributor to the development of FBD's successful sales and marketing strategy, including the transformation of direct and online customer services, product distribution and innovative advertising campaigns. His contribution to the Group over an extended period of time has been substantial. We respect his decision to retire to facilitate his recuperation and are pleased that his recovery is progressing well."
