Mr. Gouldson is currently Company Secretary of Diageo Ireland andwas previously Deputy Group Secretary of DCC plc. He will take up the positionin May. Mr. Gouldson succeeds David J. Flynn who is retiring today. Mr. Flynnhas been Company Secretary since 1999 and has held senior financial positionswith the Company since joining FBD in 1978. In the interim period, AndrewLangford will act as Company Secretary in addition to his duties as FinanceDirector.
