Following the successful completion of Avnet Inc.'s acquisition of Horizon Technology Group plc, Horizon's Chief Financial Officer, Cathal O'Caoimh, has tendered his resignation so as to take up a position as Group Financial Director of FBD Holdings plc.
Chairman, Samir Naji, commented: "I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of the board, to thank Cathal for his commitment and valuable contribution to the group over the past seven years. Cathal provided the group with excellent financial leadership and contributed significantly to the group's strategic and operational decision-making process. I wish him every success in his future career."
